Lunch break Info Session on the Horizon Europe Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship caalls (30' + 45')
The informal lunch break session will take place via Zoom on Wednesday, 20 May, 12:00–13:15.
The current MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowships call has been launched on 9 April 2026 and will close on 9 September 2026 (17:00 CEST). The programme supports researchers of any nationality (with up to 8 years of research experience after the PhD) in carrying out research projects across academic and non-academic sectors, both within Europe and internationally.
During this relaxed lunchtime session, invited funding adviser Dr. Roel Wester [1] will provide a clear and concise introduction to the European and Global Postdoctoral Fellowships, including key eligibility criteria, application requirements, and practical insights into the application process. There will also be plenty of time for questions and discussion, as well as the opportunity to explore whether this funding scheme could be a good fit for you.
If you would like to join, please click the “Registration” button to confirm your participation. Please note that the number of participants is limited to 35. The Zoom link will be shared with all registered participants shortly before the session.
We hope this session will be both informative and inspiring, and we warmly encourage interested researchers to take part and explore this excellent funding opportunity.
[1] Dr. Roel Wester is a grant consultant at Hezelburcht where he writes and reviews scientific proposals for European programs such as ERC, and Marie Skłodowska-Curie. He has an academic background in molecular biology with a focus on –omics technologies and transcription factor biology.
